Without question, America’s Got Talent stage is the largest in the world. It’s there that people come from near and far to show off their special gift. One of the exciting things about this show is that the audience never knows what they’ll witness from one guest to another.

Taking a risk

In 2019, a young man from another country decided to risk going on America’s Got Talent show. Although he’s a gifted musician, he knew he’d be going up against a lot of other talented individuals. But he chose to go forward.

Preparing to take the stage

Dressed neatly in a black suit, he quickly introduces himself to the camera. That’s when he shares that he’s a classical pianist. While this show sees a lot of piano players, not many of them are classically trained.

He’s come a long way

While giving his initial interview, this young man explains that as a boy, he was very shy. To help him overcome his shyness, his mother had him take piano lessons. It wasn’t long before he began to win awards.

He still struggles

Although learning to play the piano helped, he admits that he still struggles with being shy. However, as a huge fan of Beethoven, he won’t give up his dream of playing before a large audience. Well, there he is, walking onto the stage.

Exchanging pleasantries

Once on stage, the judges as him to introduce himself. He tells them that he’s from Italy and wants to share his music with them. Simon cocks his head, not quite sure what to make of this guy.

Feeling skeptical

With a big language barrier and hearing that he’s going to play a classical piece, it’s hard for this man to connect with the judges and the audience. After a few seconds of awkward silence, the crowd claps. Then, the guy takes his seat at the piano.

Not impressed … at first

Sitting there playing a Beethoven song, Simon rolls his eyes. Then, the camera scans the audience, stopping on a man who can’t hold back a yawn. But suddenly, everything changes.

Is he okay?

That’s when this man begins to flail his arms. He even kicks his foot backward, sending the piano stool flying. But he then stops playing the piano, moves to the center of the stage, and removes his black suit jacket.

The audience goes crazy

To a new version of the same Beethoven song playing in the background, he begins to perform a robotic type of dance. And if people thought his piano playing was good, they’re now blown away at his body movements. He does things that don’t even seem possible.

That’s what you call a performance

With the most amazing theatrical dance moves, the crowd can’t believe what they’re witnessing. When he finishes the dance, this man walks back over to the piano to complete the song. When done, he receives a standing ovation.

Not only was the audience thrilled with what they saw but all four judges stood for him. They loved what he did. This man claims that he’s still a bit on the shy side but after watching this video, which has already garnered more than nine million views, you have to question that.
