Like mother, like daughter.
This mother and daughter pair have their own sense of style, but they do have one thing in common. They both have gotten way too comfortable with their look. So, the duo decided a mother and daughter makeover would help mix it up for both of them.
Cindy is the mom and Maddy is the daughter. They live in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Which was a major plus for the makeover goals. The MAKEOVERGUY, Christopher Hopkins, has his studio right in Minneapolis.
The MAKEOVERGUY Appearance Studio is normally booked up to a year in advance and clients will fly from all over the United States to have a makeover by Christopher Hopkins and his studio.
Luckily for Cindy and Maddy, The MAKEOVERGUY Appearance Studio is right in their own backyard.
Christopher Hopkins is not a new trending makeover stylist that will fade away anytime soon. Christopher has been at the top of his field for decades.

Cindy booked the makeover appointments with the intent to celebrate her daughter’s birthday in a fun way. It might have been an excuse to get her own makeover though because Cindy was a bit more enthusiastic than her daughter.
Maddy openly admitted, “Yeah, I don’t really do my hair very often, nor do I really care too much about it, but most of the time it’s in a ponytail. So, I know I for sure want it long.”
Maddy might not have cared about her own makeover but she did have an opinion on her mom’s!
Cindy admitted she only dyes her hair three times a year and it is always blonde. Maddy wanted to see her mother with brown hair for the first time. Maddy did not know what it would look like but she wanted her mother to change it up and turning 60 was a good of time as any.
“I turned 60 a few days ago, so I’ve worn the same haircut for 40 years,” Cindy stated.
It is time for her hair to change it up!
When Cindy and Maddy are shown their new looks they are both impressed. Maddy notes how healthy her hair is compared to before. While Cindy notes her new hairstyle will be perfect for a casual setting and perfect when she needs a bit more dramatic look.
Laid back Maddy is looking for a gown, so her gorgeous makeup does not go to waste!
“I thought mom and daughter looked great after their makeover. Mom’s haircare was very pretty, and daughter’s hair color and style looked healthy, soft and carefree, but glamorous. Both beautiful,” Susan commented.
