10-year-old Cassidy Crowley is a little shark herself.
Young Cassidy appeared on “Shark Tank”. ABC’s entrepreneurial-based reality show invites entrepreneurs of all ages (and sizes) to pitch their creative ideas in the hopes of getting one of the “sharks” to invest in their product.
The idea is to get them to “bite”.
Cassidy Crowley appeared on the show with her mother Lori all the way from Honolulu, Hawaii.
This is a pitch that’s got a lot of aspiring business men and women scratching their heads.
Her brilliant pitch is for a baby-feeding spoon company called ‘The Baby Toon’.
Cassidy’s knowledge and practicality at her age, plus with the confidence she showed, was super impressive when she explained the unique silicone spoon.
She pitched for $50,000 and a 50% stake in her company!
Cassidy reminded the judges that she is just ten.
She is in need of a partner!
She even handed out samples so the judges could see for themselves how her idea worked. They’re super cute too! Her charm and wit captured audiences.
Mom is raising her right!
“Love that. As impressive as the girl is, I’m equally impressed with the mom clearly being a “safe sounding board” for her, yet giving her the room and confidence to “own” the product and pitch.”
Says a viewer.
Daniel Lubtezky saw so much potential in young Cassidy, he openly offered his kid as a potential husband twenty years down the road. He passed on investing though.
Lori Greiner took the chance and made Cassidy an offer.

Kevin O’Leary passed but he was so taken by the young lady that he got up from his chair and offered it to the little girl.
Cassidy has always wanted to be on the show and now she’s nailed it!

The soft silicon spoon acts as a teething toy so babies and toddlers can eat and chew all they want.
Cassidy even explained how she had to change the durometer they were using with further emphasis on how the hardness of the silicone affected the product. Look at those judges!
Cassidy invented the Baby Toon when she was just 7.
Cassidy noticed her mother got nervous whenever Cassidy’s baby sister stuck a long, hard spoon in her mouth.
No one wants a child to choke on anything so Cassidy thought of a soft, usable spoon that babies could still chew on.
Brilliant young lady!
She’s definitely going far. Cassidy’s already doing pretty well for herself and she’s just about entering her teenage years
. And with babies born everyday, she’ll never run out of customers!
