You can date someone for years, and they can still manage to surprise you. And maybe, sometimes, that surprise is that they’re not actually as smart as you assumed they were.
Of course, that’s totally subjective – we all make mistakes and have lapses in judgment. It’s just that these ones are funny.

1. Interesting place to store these
This husband stumbled upon something strange: His wife had stored freezer bags in the freezer. Nothing was inside of them though. Not sure she gets it.
2. This hilarious review
This review is meant to be for a strappy bra, except when the woman’s boyfriend received it in the mail, he thought it was a cat harness. And yes, he actually managed to put it on the cat.
3. Louie’s
This girlfriend kept texting her boyfriend that she was at “Louie’s.” So then he spent 30 minutes trying to find a place called Louie’s. He obviously couldn’t find it, so then she sent him this photo.
4. Stuck
The couple was painting the floors and it looks like the man’s wife went way further than “painting yourself into a corner.” She’s very stuck.
5. Jesus figure
This girlfriend was wondering why her boyfriend had a Jesus figure. Oh, don’t you know, he’s super religious now? Or maybe he just likes Star Wars.
6. “Helicopter light”
This woman called her husband, freaking out because her “helicopter light” had just come on in her truck. If only she knew that was actually an engine light warning.
7. Reminder
This man asked his wife to set a reminder on her phone. Clearly, the two had different ideas of what that actually meant.

This man’s wife complained that there was no code on this card… How does she not see the big fat code right in the center though?

This is a photo of a man’s wife attempting to use an outlet. Is this her very first time? It just might be.

This wife was sorting through paperwork, then she handed this page to her husband and asked him if he still needed his guitar sheet music. Why yes, this looks like “Wonderwall.”

This man’s girlfriend made pasta for him and wanted to keep it warm. So what did she do? She took it off the stovetop, left it in the strainer, and then covered it… He ain’t getting warm pasta.

A guy asked his girlfriend to warm up a tortilla and this is what came next. We would say she pretty much nailed it. Looks very edible and… crunchy?
13. A very political football game
These two were watching the game together when the wife suddenly asked why they tell you what political party the players support. But that’s not what the (R) stands for.
14. Excellent technique
This person’s colleague sends texts to her husband all day and apparently, this is how she does it. Not the most refined technique but we still think it’s pretty great.

This boyfriend brought back a jar of seashells from his spring break trip in Florida. It was supposed to be a nice gift for his girlfriend but she’s just trying to decide whether or not she should tell him that some of them are pistachio shells.

This woman wasn’t feeling well so she asked her boyfriend to pick up a thermometer for her on his way home. Instead, he came back with a meat thermometer. Have men never seen these before?

This girl asked her boyfriend what the “no” meant on this switch. We’re pretty sure that if she simply held it right side up, this would all make a lot more sense.

This person’s girlfriend was caught eating what she thought were Christmas cookies. Turns out there were actually dog treats… But at least they must have tasted good!
20. Serious cutting skills
Have you ever seen a person cut an avocado like this? We’re going to go ahead and guess that you probably haven’t. This is the most bizarre thing we have seen all day.
