Math is a nightmare for a lot of people and there’s a long list of reasons behind that. Some people find the subject intimidating while others get bored just looking at numbers. There are people who struggle with understanding formulas and solutions.
Now, math isn’t really that bad. If you are one of those people who are having a hard time with it, it’s probably a good idea to work on changing how you think about the subject.

1. Stating a fact
If you’re going to say that you love someone, just be direct with it. Don’t mention anything related to math and computations if you’re not that good in those areas.

Basic math is easy. However, that doesn’t mean that you can boast about it. Even if it’s a simple problem, it’s a good idea to double-check your answer before showing off.
3. Correction
It’s perfectly normal for people to make mistakes. If you’re going to correct others on the internet, make sure that you’re correct.

Time goes super fast for this guy. He must have a special machine- or he’s just lousy at math.
5. Good point
If you’re going to get into an argument, make sure you don’t say something related to math. It’s hard to win when you’re not that good with computations.
6. When you’re in love
It’s hard to think straight when you’re in love. Everything is a blur, particularly things that involve computations.
7. Special deal
It’s hard to say if this is actually a good deal. Technically, there’s no way you can get the deal since buying more than 3 isn’t allowed.
8. 50% discount
You don’t have to be that great at math to know that $22.50 isn’t 50% of $24.99. Whoever placed this sign needs to review his basic math.
9. A for effort
An attempt was made to solve a math problem. Even though the person clearly failed at solving it, he still deserves a high score for his effort.
10. At a card sale
At first, this may seem like an awesome deal. However, once you do your basic math, you’ll soon find that buying two sets of threes is better than buying six. This is why you should always do your math before you pay for something, particularly during a sale.
11. Calories and serving sizes
This is quite confusing. If you eat a slice, you’ll consume 70 calories. However, if you eat 2 slices, you’ll just consume 130 calories. Unless they rounded off the numbers, the people who made this label should rethink how they compute calories.
12. Not-so Free
If something costs R10, then it’s definitely not free. This photo is a good reminder to always check prices first and don’t focus on the word “free”.
