When someone experiences a near-death experience, the first thing that they probably realize is how short and fragile life can be.
No one knows when life will end, therefore living it to the fullest is something that we should strive for. Do what makes you happy, try what you think will change you for the better. Love yourself and give more. Be pretty when you want to be and dress up when you feel like it. These are some of the things that people who survived near-death experiences think about. In other words, making the most out of life.
The grandma who got a second shot at life
Nancy, a 65-year-old grandmother from Wisconsin, almost died in November 2018 when she had an occipital stroke that made her lose vision in her right eye. It was a truly terrifying moment for herself and her family. After surviving such an ordeal, Nancy is just happy to have a second chance at life.
She may be 65 years old, but this woman feels like she is only 36. She is full of energy and vigor, despite the harrowing experience she had while recovering from the stroke. She was truly blessed to still be alive.
Reinventing herself
Nancy’s experience has brought about a change in her perspective in life. She is now ready to reinvent herself and find her true beauty. She wanted to see a spectacular makeover that will reflect how young and energetic she felt on the way she looked.
She was lucky enough to witness the expertise of no other than the Makeover Guy, Christopher Hopkins. Nancy’s granddaughter Kayla actually works for the popular stylist and celebrity, and she brought in her grandma for a transformation that she would always remember.
A spectacular makeover
Nancy had her own expectations before the makeover began. She was expecting nothing but spectacular, and she knew she was in the right place and under the care of the perfect person to do her transformation. She was definitely excited!
And true enough, Nancy’s jaw dropped once her new look was revealed. Spectacular indeed!
Her hair, which used to fall limply on the sides of her head, is now full of volume. The once dull color of her locks with a few strands of grey hair was transformed into a rich, honey color that made her look years younger. Her hair is incredible and that’s just the beginning!
Her eyes were highlighted with a light shade of pink that accentuated her pale blue orbs. The make-up artist gave her eyeliner that emphasized her amazing eyes. She even did her lashes, making her look even more stunning and elegant. nancy truly looked marvelous!
Her cheeks had the slightest touch of blush, making her look more lively and young. Nancy sure loved her new look and all she can say was:
“I love it! I’m gorgeous, gorgeous!”
She was so amazed at her new hairstyle that she could not stop moving her head to see the lively way her locks swayed at her every movement. The woman felt so excited about her transformation that she almost cried!
“I couldn’t ask for more. This is beautiful,” Nancy gleefully shared.
And we could not agree more. Nancy definitely looked as young as she felt after the incredible makeover. Wow!
