Makeovers have the power to change not just how you look on the outside, but how you feel on the inside too. If you haven’t yet heard about the Makeover Guy, then brace yourself, because his videos are seriously additive.
MAKEOVERGUY is a YouTube channel with over 349k subscribers, and provides uplifting, inspirational, and informative videos as well as exclusive makeover services.
The man behind the channel is Christopher Hopkins, an entrepreneur, entertainer, cyber-star, author, and appearance aficionado who loves nothing more than transforming the confidence of women all over the US.
One of Christopher’s latest videos is titled, “She Sees Her Potential And Feels Beautiful,” and introduces a woman named Linda, from Saint Paul, Minnesota.
“I am 51 years old, but I have never really felt like an adult,” Linda explains, “What prompted me to get the makeover is the word, potential.”
Linda went on to explain that she felt like she could look great with the right help, and today she has the luxury of having access to a good hair and make up team.
We can’t wait to see her transformation!
As soon as Linda’s new look is revealed, we’re blown away- she looks absolutely gorgeous! Her face is smooth, bronzed and painted to perfection, but our absolute favorite part of her transformation is her new hair.
Before, Linda’s hair was straight and limp, but Christopher is injected some life into her locks! Her hair now sits in loose waves atop her shoulders, and she’s even been given some complementary blonde highlights.
Linda also discovered something she had never known about how she used to make herself up.
“My pre-face is pretty asymmetrical, and the make up I would do was the same on each sides. So now I know that I should do something different on each side to make it symmetrical is pretty big.”
Now that Linda is aware of how to best do her makeup, she can continue this look into the future- so her new look really doesn’t have to last for just one day.
You can tell that Linda is over the moon about her makeover, and she excitedly begins to think about her family’s reaction.
“I can’t wait for her (my daughter) to see this,” she says. “Hopefully it will inspire her, and show her that her mom is not just her mom.”
Many YouTube users took to the comments to share their love for Linda’s transformation.
