Lots of couples out there will tell you that having fun together is very important.
That includes laughing together and at each other.
It helps strengthen the bond, especially for married couples.
Husbands and wives play pranks on each other all the time and it does show how wonderful their lives are together. But then there are jokes that can go too far.
It boils down to two things.
Men should not make comments about a woman’s figure, not unless it’s a compliment.
And women should not make jokes about a man’s… manhood. As this husband was about to find out. The hard way.
Wife Gets Her Revenge After Husband Tried To Be Funny About Her Weight
One evening a husband, thinking he was being funny, said to his wife,
“Perhaps we should start washing your clothes in Slim Fast. Maybe it would take a few inches off of your butt!”
His wife was not amused, and decided that she simply couldn’t let such a comment go unrewarded.
The next morning, the husband took a pair of underwear out of his drawer.
“What the hell is this?” he said to himself, as a little dust cloud appeared when he shook them out.
“April,” he hollered into the bathroom, “why did you put talcum powder in my underwear?”
She replied with a snicker: “It’s not talcum powder . . .
. . . It’s Miracle Grow!”
Ouch. Apply ointment to the burned area. Or don’t because that will add to the pain.
He should have known better.
And besides, most men like women with a fuller figure.
Unless this guy doesn’t find it attractive. There are a rare few.
Poor man thought it was going to be funny. Really?!
Lucky he’s married to a smart lady.
Her wit came back and slapped him like karma on ten shots of tequila.
Maybe she really does love him that much.
Gentlemen, the only time you say something about a woman’s figure is if it will bring a smile to her face. If she’s not exactly pleasing to your eyes, just shut up. Even if she’s your girl.
They know where to hit us. It will hurt.
And don’t bother asking her about your size. It’s difficult getting a straight answer when you’re an official couple. She really does not want to hurt your feelings. Not unless you hurt hers first.
He’s going to need a bigger present to patch this up!
