Your thoughts are probably racing to what you’ll make for dinner or the errands you still need to run.

That’s precisely what was happening to one Army veteran on a routine grocery trip, until something extraordinary jolted him out of his daily routine.

This veteran, named Larry, didn’t have many items at the checkout counter.

In fact, he only had two items.

So when the news anchor noticed him behind a female disabled veteran named Stephanie, whom he had just purchased groceries for, he had further questions for him.

Turns out Larry was also a veteran.
