But what happens when you cross a curious puppy with an unsuspecting baby?
You get one of the most adorable interactions on the planet.
Babies are the best, whether human or puppy.
Watch this Yorkie sneak up on an unsuspecting baby, simply minding his own business atop a blanket on the grass in the sun.
The Yorkie walks into frame, ready for some action. The body language exhibits alertness.
The pup plops onto the thick sheet, as if ready to pounce on the child.
Unsuspecting Blanket Baby doesn’t even see the Yorkie yet, just outside of view.
Yorkie mellows, lowering for a sniff at the base of Blanket Baby’s bottom.
I mean, it was inevitable.
Yorkie’s detail-oriented, leaving no stones unturned.
The curious pup saves some energy. Instead of pouncing, Pup proceeds to walk around the child, clearly seeking attention.

Beautiful Bald Blanket Baby looks off into the distance, likely contemplating existence. Who are we? What’s this furry thing in front of me?
The Yorkie nudges the affable Blanket Baby. He laughs it off.
He’s a gigglebox.
The Yorkie takes a seat, eyes fixated on baby counterpart.
Blanket Baby extends his arm, which is met by the Yorkie. He holds his hand in the air briefly, receiving a few puppy kisses.
Feels like the beginning of a beautiful bond.

This is too cute – a double baby bonanza.
Uh-oh, now there’s no holding back. The Yorkie unleashes some fury unto Bald Blanket Baby, jumping on his shoulder and back.
Beautiful Bald Baby laughs uncontrollably.
There’s nothing but fun in the sun on the blanket in the grass.

“The scourge sweeping America is at it again. Our innocent young son is savagely attacked by this bloodthirsty beast. The authorities are helpless against this menace. By the time the local PD showed up the miniature terror was on to it’s next victim. People I beg of you, don’t let this savagery continue. The Yorkie threat must be eliminated.”
The circumstances are quite terrifying.
The Yorkie begins to lick Blanket Baby’s ear. This is dire.
He might not make it out in one piece.
Things take a turn for the worst.
The Yorkie jumps on Big Beautiful Blanket Baby, putting him on his back! He’s done for.
Baby’s smothered with love.
They’re absolutely adorable together. We just witnessed some of the cutest play wrestling ever.
Yorkshire Terriers are known to be sprightly and affectionate – this one fits the description perfectly. In fact, they’re one of the world’s most beloved breeds, constantly among the most popular dogs in major American cities. They’re beloved by longtime urbanites.
Yorkie and Blanket Baby are going to share a plethora of beautiful moments as they grow up together. They’re two peas in a pod.
