There have been a plethora of makeover shows in the vast and varied history of reality television.
And what makes them so popular and enjoyable to watch time and time again seeing each person transform into seemingly a different person altogether?
It’s quite simple…It’s improving people’s confidence.
But you don’t have to be nominated for an Emmy to reinvigorate people’s self-confidence.
Christopher Hopkins is a tour de force of revitalisation through his vision of beauty, and determination to show people what it means to make themselves the main star for once. He’s a makeover guru, and shows anyone that with a little bit of TLC, everybody deserves to have their own moment in the limelight.

Case in point, is beautiful Theresa from Manchester Tennessee.
Having turned 60 last year, she has decided that the time is nigh to make a change and get rid of a few inches of her beloved long grey hair. As she herself attests, the last time her hair was this long was when she was a teenager. Despite this fact however, it seems that Theresa is still young at heart. In her words:
“Age has never bothered me.”
I think we can all relate to that Theresa (or envy it!)!
Then comes the makeover.
Of course, not to do a job shy, Christopher doesn’t stop at the hair. Theresa is in for a full makeover, makeup, hair and all. When Mr. Hopkins is done with her, she is due to look as made up as she can be under his expert eye. His focus for her hair is to trim it to be much shorter, and style it completely differently.
As much as Christopher is the makeover hero, you have to hand it to Theresa.
It takes a lot of courage to not only put yourself up for a drastic makeover, but to be so jovial about the whole process. Theresa seems ready for the change, and that takes a whole lot of gusto.
But…did she like it?
I’ll let you hear her comments for herself, but it’s pretty obvious that she is over the moon with Christopher’s work.

Christopher’s main move was to cut Theresa’s hair way back to rest at her shoulders.
Theresa’s long gray hair is a beautiful, distinguishing feature, and The Makeover Guy makes it shine!
With a touch-up of makeup and an expert trim of Theresa’s long hair, she gets a whole new lease on locks! As Christopher writes in his description: “A simple flipped inverted bob gave vertical assistance to a rounder face.” In laymen’s terms, that means that a whole lot of hair came off, and the results are stunning.
