Talented kid drummer goes on Ellen to play Lenny Kravitz cover - then Kravitz comes out
His drumming was incredible, but his jaw dropped when he saw Ellen's surprise!

Usually, becoming an expert requires years of rigorous training and dedication, but some people come into this world with unexplainable talent. Like this amazing little boy, who blows people away with his Lenny Kravitz drum cover on Ellen and gets the surprise of his life.

5-year-old Justin Wilson II is no stranger to the spotlight, the mini-drummer was on The Ellen Show for a second time when he was surprised by Lenny Kravitz

Justin is a young kid prodigy, who has already made a name for himself with his impressive skills on the drums. The first time he was on The Ellen Show, he played “Fly Away” by his idol Lenny Kravitz and was too adorable not to have back on the show.

Now, back for his second time, Justin decided to play “Are You Gonna Go My Way” and had no idea Lenny Kravitz himself was waiting backstage to meet him.

When he first sits down with Ellen, the precious little guy cracks a quick joke before he jumps on the drums

After Ellen asks how his 5th birthday went, Justin coughs and is offered some water to which he drinks and says: “that the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted,” before telling Ellen he’s just joking.

The crowd can’t get enough of little Justin, they scream and cheer as he makes his way to drums to begin playing the complicated Lenny Kravitz song.

He’s already got the showmanship down, Justin points at the audience in the middle of playing like a true pro. The phenomenal tiny drummer still has no idea that his idol is going to come walking from backstage shortly.

They let him play the majority of the song before Kravitz comes nonchalantly strolling from backstage, it takes a second to register what is going on but when he does his reaction is priceless and will melt your heart.

The second he realizes that Lenny Kravitz just walked on stage, Justin’s face lights up and he immediately stops playing

It’s like the two are long lost friends, Kravitz walked right up to Justin and picks him up like you would your own son. In the most adorable, high-pitched voice ever, Justin says:

“Lenny! Lenny! It’s so good to see you! Lenny! It’s good to see you Lenny!,” Kravitz then says: “You know I’m a big fan, I’ve been watching you.”

As if meeting his idol wasn’t enough, Ellen has one more surprise for the elated little boy

Like most kids, Justin is a big fan of superheroes, Spider-Man to be exact. So in true Ellen fashion, she rolls out a cart full of Spider-Man gifts and we get to see Justin’s shocked look one more time.
