Now, back for his second time, Justin decided to play “Are You Gonna Go My Way” and had no idea Lenny Kravitz himself was waiting backstage to meet him.

When he first sits down with Ellen, the precious little guy cracks a quick joke before he jumps on the drums

After Ellen asks how his 5th birthday went, Justin coughs and is offered some water to which he drinks and says: “that the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted,” before telling Ellen he’s just joking.

They let him play the majority of the song before Kravitz comes nonchalantly strolling from backstage, it takes a second to register what is going on but when he does his reaction is priceless and will melt your heart.

The second he realizes that Lenny Kravitz just walked on stage, Justin’s face lights up and he immediately stops playing

It’s like the two are long lost friends, Kravitz walked right up to Justin and picks him up like you would your own son. In the most adorable, high-pitched voice ever, Justin says:
