It’s happened to all of us. Just when you’ve got something important to do – you have car troubles or get a flat tire.
And what can make it even more frustrating is if it occurs while you’re on the road with kids in the car.
But for one woman in Columbia, Tennessee, her flat tire experience turned into something she never expected.
Courtney Potts was stranded on the side of the road when she realized something was wrong.
The Tennesee resident was on an outing when she took a curve and her tire blew out!
Pulling over, she realized she was in trouble. She had her kids with her and leaving them in the car to change a tire wasn’t an option for her.
The mom thought she was going to have to call someone to help.
Luckily though, a kind stranger decided to lend her a hand instead.
With classic southern kindness, a Tennessee stranger pulled their car over to help the stranded woman change out her tire.
Courtney was in luck! Little did she know her luck was about to increase even more than she imagined.
The man who pulled over to help got out of his car and was immediately recognizable.
When the stranger stepped out of his large truck, Courtney knew who he was.
In combination with his voice, it was clear to Courtney that this wasn’t some stranger who pulled over to help her – it was music superstar Luke Bryan!

Basically, Courtney was with one of the most well-known country artists alive, and he was changing her tire!
Like many people would, Courtney called her dad when she realized what was happening.
With a quick call to her stepdad, she explained that her tire was being changed by a country superstar. He was impressed, to say the least!
If there is one stereotype about the south that is a good thing, it’s that everyone is especially nice. If this doesn’t prove that, nothing will!
By no surprise, her Instagram post went viral.
Different news stations have picked it up and people are totally loving it.
It’s probably due to the fact that seeing a famous person do something GOOD when he doesn’t know he’s being filmed instead of something regrettable is a breath of fresh air for everyone.
Since the mom posted her video online, it’s been ‘liked’ over 14K times.
