It was in 2013 when Disney first launched the movie Frozen, and from then on, we have heard the song “Let It Go” one too many times from our children.

The movie was a blockbuster hit and has become an iconic Christmas movie all over the globe, making children sing the songs from its soundtrack over and over and over again.

The song “Let It Go” has become such a huge hit that even parents have come to memorize the song because their children just won’t stop singing it.

Even WKRC traffic reporter Bob Herzog from Cincinnati could not escape the song.

His kids have sung it many times, and the song’s music and lyrics were already stuck in his mind.

The Ohio reporter was so taken by the song that he even got inspired to write a clever parody of it.

And because he’s a weatherman and traffic reporter – of course, it had to do with his wheelhouse.

He wrote the lyrics of the parody and entitled it “Just Don’t Go”, which includes a traffic man’s reminder that staying home in the snowy weather is safer than hitting the streets.

In his song, he mentions all the things that happen on the road during winter and when the snow has fallen and piled on the roads.

He also emphasizes the dangers that we experience while driving or walking around when there’s ice on the ground.

So, “Just don’t go!”

Queen Elsa would be so proud of Bob’s unique take on her iconic song.

In the reporter’s parody video, he is filmed as he walks on the snowy road and tries so hard not to slip.

He also shows videos of the heavy traffic and how people lose “traction” whenever they drive on the icy streets.

His antics and singing were all part of the unique way he sings his parody song, giving off information, reminder, and entertainment all rolled into one.

When the streets are full of snow and ice – remember, “Just don’t go!”

Watching the traffic reporter change into someone fun and hilarious is quite refreshing.

After completing the video, the other news anchors on the program were in stitches, and Bob was laughing while feeling embarrassed.

He even shared that the night before airing the parody, he let his kids hear the song but not the video.

Bob shared how his kids were looking ashamed after hearing his song.

However, we’d say this traffic reporter did an amazing job!
