After thoughtful discussions with his wife, he decided to extend a helping hand by giving Hannah all the money he had with him at that moment, sensing an inexplicable intertwining of their destinies.
The mysterious connection became apparent when Hannah shared her intention to name her unborn son Samuel.
Bishop Phelps had experienced the loss of a son named Samuel seven years ago, around the same season.
It dawned on him that this divine rendezvous was orchestrated to bring lasting change and blessings to Hannah and her unborn child.

He launched a fundraising campaign on Facebook, aiming to raise $1,000 for Hannah.
The community’s response was extraordinary, with contributions from local residents and New Faith Christian Church amassing to a generous $12,000 for the expectant mother.
Meanwhile, Hannah, oblivious to the surprise in store for her, received an urgent call to come to the Waffle House.
“I was asleep in the car and my mother-in-law called and said ‘You’ve got to get down to the Waffle House now,’” she narrated to FOX5 Atlanta.
Upon her arrival, she was met with the overwhelming kindness of the stranger she had served and the community.
Tears filled her eyes as she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to everyone who had contributed.
“Lately I have been praying just because I’ve been really stressing lately. I’m like, dang I want a place to live before this baby gets here,” Hannah shared, her voice laden with emotion.
The cascade of blessings continued to flow, with Hannah receiving an offer for free daycare services for both her children at the New Faith Early Learning Center.
