A lot of us have grown to love shopping online.
Not only can you order practically anything imaginable, but it’s so easy to click, pay, and a delivery person will drop it off on your doorstep.
Now, what if the items you ordered go missing right in front of your door?
Wouldn’t that make you so mad? Unfortunately, it happens all the time.
Tom Mabe is one of those people who like to order things online.
And like most people, he gets pretty excited each time he gets notified that his package has arrived.
One day, he noticed that his packages kept on disappearing from his front porch.
At first, he decided to investigate. He set up a couple of surveillance cameras to find out what’s really happening.
The minute he noticed a suspicious car driving by his property, he knew what was going on.
Immediately, he came out with an incredible plan to get even. He was set on giving whoever was driving that car an awful day.
You see, Tom isn’t your average homeowner.
He makes a lot of pranks and he’s quite good at it. So, what better way to get his revenge than with a good prank?
Tom planted a package on his porch.
It wasn’t an ordinary package. For his plan, he asked some of his friends to make a special package for the thief.
They planted dog feces inside the box.
And that doesn’t end there. To make things even more exciting, they rigged the box with a small explosive device.
Although it’s completely harmless, you wouldn’t want to be near it when it’s triggered. Tom waited patiently for the day he’d get his revenge.
After a couple of days of setting the fake package, his security camera alerted him of some unusual movement in front of his home.
He immediately checked the live feed to see what was happening. A suspicious car was out front.
It stopped right in front of his home.
A man wearing a white shirt got out of the car, walked towards his porch, and grabbed the package.
Tom tried hard to see who the man was.
He didn’t recognize him. However, based on how he moved, it’s safe to say that he’s been doing the act for quite some time now.
He grabbed the package without thinking twice and placed it inside his car.
And that’s a huge mistake for him!
You see, Tom rigged the package to explode about 40 seconds right after it was picked up.
He did this to make sure that he wouldn’t create a mess on his porch.
The car drove away. However, right before it’s able to exit the range of Tom’s cameras, it made a sudden stop. The thief quickly got out of his car, looking confused.
It had worked!
Tom’s fake package went off and the man found himself covered in dog poop.
For sure, his car was covered with the same thing, too.
Now that’s some smelly revenge!
Surely being covered in ‘you know what’ taught the thief a lesson about taking strangers’ packages. But there’s no question that he won’t be stealing from Tom again!
