On top of the video being released, they have also been praying for the world during the tough times. As any good Sister or Brother knows, however, prayers work in tandem WITH action to make an impact in the world! The Sisters actions were just choreographed a bit ahead of time.

Incredibly, the Sisters heard of the challenge when they were challenged by other Redemptorist Fathers and Brothers.

The dance is known as the Jerusalema Dance Challenge and it started back in 2020.

The first people to do it were the Fenómenos do Semba, out of Angola, south-west Africa.

“they filmed themselves dancing to the gospel-influenced song, written by South African record producer Master KG and vocalised by Nomcebo, while eating and without dropping their plates.” – Classic FM

All it takes is one watch and you know that the nuns accomplished their goal. It’s fun and pretty adorable to see everyone dancing around spaces you wouldn’t expect it. If the nuns’ goal was for people to be happier after watching it, they did it with flying colors!

The next step? Find a new challenge for them!
