For those who don’t know, the Korean Marine Exchange Program is a regular military exchange program between the US and Korea.
This program aims to combine the skills of both the American and Korean Marines in an effort to grow their preparedness in combat. It is a purely peaceful training operation with a vested interest in international cooperation and readiness.
If this video is any proof, the program definitely seems to be working!

The video begins with what appears to be an innocent dance circle with an American Marine busting some serious solo moves in the middle of it.
Even Michael Jackson would be proud!

Those are some stellar dance moves he’s breaking out there on the dance floor…or should we say the dirt floor?
This is proof enough that you truly can dance anywhere. Before long, he gestures for the Korean Marine to join in.
After that, it’s the ultimate showdown—a dance showdown, that is.

Spending months isolated in the jungle could get boring for some, but not for this group of Marines.
They know how to pass time in the best way possible—by dancing! In our opinion, we should start a petition to change all battles from gun battles to dance battles…does anyone else agree?
It turns out basic training can benefit a person in more ways than one.

If this clip is any proof, those early morning wake-up calls weren’t all in vain!
After all, it definitely takes some serious upper-body strength to pull some of these moves off…

In all, our hats are off to you, good sirs.
You know things are getting serious when the infamous hat flick makes an appearance in the performance.

He is definitely footloose and fancy-free!
In a situation where day-to-day life may be hectic and dangerous, these soldiers are definitely choosing to see the bright side.
With his upbeat dance style and aura of confidence, everybody in this video clearly knows how to be the life of the party.

It’s hard not to notice all the red Solo cups in the background… wonder what they’re drinking?
We’re guessing that top-shelf liquor may not be readily available way out there, but we can at least hope they can find a decent beer though, right?

With over 12 million views and 25 thousand comments, this video continues to bring joy on a global scale—and we can definitely understand why.
Everybody loves a good dance-off, and a bit of friendly competition is enough to break up the monotony of any routine. Still, we just want to know who the winner was.
We wish we could dance like these boys can!
Seriously, though—if I tried to drop it as low as they do, I may never be able to get back up… my knees may actually go on strike!

Even if it’s not combat training, they are getting a serious workout in.
It may be time to ditch the gym and sign up for a kickboxing class or two… it takes some serious flexibility to get a leg up that high!

When the South Koreans bust a perfectly in-sync kpop choreography it’s over for y’all
All jokes aside, I love seeing videos of adults just being goofy and having fun. It’s fun seeing people who still have a bit of that childlike joy inside of them.
I wished all the soldiers in the world just ENJOY their life like this with dancing , singing and etc ! Stay safe and well !

Seems like a lot of y’all dont know how good our (the US) relationship is with S. Korea… we have like 4 bases there, and the koreans constantly come to US bases for training and exercises, and vice versa. We love them! Nicest people I’ve ever met!
