Everyone needs a helping hand sometimes, regardless of age.
This was certainly true for 82-year-old Nancee Lingg, who found herself struggling with her luggage at Appleton International Airport.
Fortunately, a tall, kind-hearted stranger was there to lend a hand.
Nancee’s journey didn’t get easier after landing.
Although a flight attendant had assured her that someone would be waiting with a wheelchair, they arrived to find no one there and all the wheelchairs unattended.
But the stranger didn’t hesitate; he immediately offered to push Nancee’s wheelchair, to which she gratefully agreed.
As Nancee and her helper made their way through the airport, they engaged in friendly conversation, unaware of the stranger’s identity.
It wasn’t until they met Nancee’s granddaughter, Teresa Lingg Knuth, that the truth came out.
Teresa noticed Greenbay Packers tags on the stranger’s luggage and discovered he was none other than Aaron Jones, the team’s running back.
Aaron Jones shared a warm moment with Nancee and Teresa, even posing for photos before continuing on his way.
This simple act of kindness would soon catch the attention of many.

Aaron’s good deed didn’t go unnoticed.
A Twitter user, known as “Momica”, captured the moment and shared it online, tweeting:
“Just watched Packers Aaron Jones push a random lady through the Appleton airport because there was no there to push her. GO PACK GO.”
This tweet quickly garnered attention and praise for Aaron’s actions.
The story took a personal turn when Teresa responded to the tweet with photos of Aaron, her grandmother, and herself, proudly announcing, “That’s my Grandma!”
The post quickly gained thousands of likes. Everyone was touched by Aaron’s act of kindness.
When Packers coach Mike McCarthy heard about the incident, he wasn’t surprised.
He expressed his admiration for Aaron and the team, stating:
“I’m thankful that everybody else is getting to see what I get to see pretty much every day. I mean, this is a tremendous locker room. We’ve been very fortunate and blessed with the caliber of character that we have in our locker room.”
