This cheerleading routine that was performed at a high school’s homecoming assembly went on to blow up the internet and go viral. That is just how good it was.
We are not overexaggerating when we say this is perhaps one of the best cheerleading routines we have ever seen… And everyone else seems to agree.
Since it was uploaded, the video has gained over 10 million views and literally thousands of comments.
“This isn’t cheerleading, it’s synchronized swimming without the pool,” one person wrote.
“Imagine your school having cheerleaders that are actually talented,” another person commented.
“Whenever my school does a pep rally or something like this the most the cheerleaders do is pick a person up and drop them,” someone else even said.
It’s not hard to see why everyone is making jokes about how talented this cheerleading team is. It’s because they actually are that talented.
The nearly four minute-long routine starts out with the young ladies walking on out to the court. It’s hard to tell what’s about to happen but they already have a supportive roar from the crowd.
Once they all get nicely lined up in a square-like formation, the magic begins.
All of the girls huddle together and drop to their knees as the whistle blows. Then the music kicks in and they all pop up with so much energy. Each row bops up and down, weaving in and out. Together, they create this really beautiful pattern.
The patterns they create with their bodies almost makes you feel like you are staring into an intricate kaleidoscope.
At one point, they all create a domino effect with their bodies and that is when you hear the whole crowd audibly gasp. They are so caught off guard by how amazing they are doing!
But it’s also no surprise — these ladies are clearly very talented. We can see the obvious hard work and rehearsal that goes into such a strong performance like this.
Soon they all fan out. Then there is even one portion where they do their routine while lying on the floor.
It might not seem like much but it is actually so impressive that they were all able to stay perfectly in sync and remember every single little detail without even being able to look at one another.
They also line up and all jump at perfectly timed parts so that it looks like one giant wave.
One part that really seemed to get the audience going was when they were on the ground. They actually used each other to wipe the floor with their bodies… It’s hard to explain but when you see it for yourself, your jaw will actually drop.
It was at this moment that you can actually hear a man in the crowd scream, “what is that?!”
It’s pretty hilarious that someone would scream that but at the same time, we’re right there with you, buddy! This stuff is pretty shocking — they are so talented!
This performance definitely went down in school history. Just imagine how good the marching band is too!
