Learning that they were experiencing a “tri-dentity” crisis, she was eager to have them on the show.
The triplets’ story is as fascinating as it is identical.
During their childhood, their parents had a unique way of telling them apart: they dressed each sister in a specific color.
One wore pink, another yellow, and the third blue.
“Even now I struggle to tell them apart,” their dad admitted.
“But when they were younger, it was much harder.”
The sisters shared more than just looks; their life paths were remarkably similar too.
They all graduated from Winona State University with business degrees, were part of the same fraternity, and always stuck together.
While being a triplet meant always having someone who understood you, the sisters confessed that being constantly grouped together could be frustrating.
Now, at 27, they were ready to shake things up and establish their individual identities.
The premise for this makeover was intriguing.
It’s understandable how identical triplets might grow weary of constant confusion from others.
“I think it’s time to do our own thing because we’ve always been known as ‘the triplets”.
“I’m excited to be able to get my own individual look,” one of the triplets expressed.
Whether it was Amy, Laura, or Jan who said this, it was clear they were all on the same page.
Rachael had the perfect stylist in mind for this unique challenge.
She thought they needed someone experienced with styling sisters, so she brought in Monica Rose, the stylist for the Kardashian sisters.
When Rachael inquired about Monica’s styling plans for the triplets, Monica playfully insisted on keeping it a surprise.
Then, they all headed backstage for the transformation to begin.
The audience waited with bated breath, full of anticipation.
