There are so many beautiful components to look forward to during a wedding ceremony (if we’re thinking about something that is more on the traditional side, of course).
There is the engagement party, bachelorette parties, the theme of the wedding, the hair and makeup, finding the perfect dress, finding the perfect suit, and so much more. In addition to that, there is also the company of great guests, good food and drink, gorgeous photos, fun music, etc.
Needless to say, it is a pretty big day for both the bride and groom and their families. So it is important that every single moment is captured. This is something you want to remember forever!
There are so many traditions that take place on the wedding day as well. For instance, it is considered to be bad luck if the groom sees his bride before the ceremony. They really aren’t supposed to see the bride until their makeup is perfect, their hair is perfect, and of course, when they are wearing the big white gown.
So it only makes sense that when the moment comes that you finally are able to sneak a look at your bride, you document it. It is a huge moment that you want to remember forever! So if you can plan everything out perfectly with the photographer and your bride, you might just end up with the most magical photos.
We get to see that moment with this one groom, who not only had this moment photographed but also caught on video for the whole world to see.
But there is actually a huge plot twist.
When the video first begins, we see the groom with the bride far away in the back, not in focus. It’s only when “she” comes closer to the camera that we realize it is not actually his bride, but his best friend.
Obviously, the groom doesn’t know this. He has no idea what is happening. As far as he knows, he is about to glance at his beautiful wife-to-be.
We hear the photographer and friends and family direct the two. The groom is doing a great job listening and posing however he needs to. Little does he know, his best guy friend is wearing a wedding dress and a stuffed bra while he dances around and makes funny faces.
The photographer does a great job of acting naturally. He really has no idea.
Finally, the photographer finally gives him permission to turn around and see his bride. He hesitates at first, since he seems a little nervous and doesn’t want to mess up, but his nerves quickly dissipate when he figures out what’s going on.
Then he gets a glance at his friend who is dressed to the nines and he immediately loses it. His friend taps him on the shoulder and he is completely taken by surprise.
The broom couldn’t have a better reaction if he tried.
Of course, no groom wants to get their suit dirty before the big moment but he couldn’t help it. He fell to the ground in laughter. That’s how surprised he was.
This big reveal moment is bound to make you happy because it is so clear that these two are best friends and so close. Their laughs are absolutely loud and infectious!
