There are laws against alcohol-impaired driving, and they’re set for a reason.

Driving under the influence of alcohol impairs the driver’s senses and judgment.

While laws vary from state to state, it is generally a crime for a driver to have a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level of 0.08% or higher.

When you have too much to drink, do everyone a favor and don’t drive.
