Not all of the people who interrupt Scott Linden’s Street Talk segment are kind.

But the Channel 7 presenter said that his interaction with Georgia Knoll of Queensland was one of the “nicest.”

The young woman, who has Down syndrome, ended up going viral after her impromptu TV performance.

The video shows Linden giving his report with Knoll creeping up in the background.

She waved at the camera and grows increasingly excited by the second.

This was her big moment! She clapped her hands and prepared to get ready for her spotlight.

She fusses with her hair and licks her fingers to smooth out her eyebrows.

“Is someone there?” Liden asks, turning around to Knoll with a huge grin on her face.

She waves at him and says hello, and he does the same.

He then invited her to look into the camera and say something into the microphone.

She tells the TV audience, “Helloooo,” and says hi to her mom.

“Love you,” she tells them while waving the entire time before she squeals and ends her segment.

The clip instantly went viral.

“I think it was Stacie filming this one on Tuesday, and as I was wrapping up she started giggling and I knew someone was behind me … just didn’t know who until I turned around. ‘Thanks to Stacey for keeping the camera rolling (because normally we stop when we get interrupted),” Linden said.

Linden says it was the most memorial Street Talk he’s done in the decade he has been hosting the series.

Knoll’s sister Kathryn said this was so typical of her sister.

“For anyone wondering, she’s exactly the same at home. Always manages to make us laugh. Light of my life and best friend,” Kathryn said.

Knoll was later treated by the news station with a tour of their building to meet their presenters.

Then she got a makeover from the news station’s stylist.

Knoll wanted “Beyonce hair.”

She told the stylist that she was going to be “a famous model one day.”

Knoll even got to sit at the news desk in front of the cameras.

She was surprised by newscaster Rob Brough, just like she surprised Linden. Knoll even got to present some of the news.

Knoll ended up making her dream of becoming a model come true.

She’s walked the runway and is also an ambassador for people with Down syndrome.

Now that this dream was fulfilled, she moved on to her next dream of being a flight attendant.

JetStar crew invited her to train with their crew.

She got to learn the ins and out of being a flight attendant before getting her own uniform and pair of wings.

She got to welcome customers and perform the safety briefing. She also served meals on the flight back home.

“Being a flight attendant is [about] making people happy,” Georgia told Newshub. “I’m just trying to break through barriers, push everything aside and be yourself.'”
