Inside, there was no money, but it held important cards.

The money came at a perfect time for Sean. He had been struggling with homelessness.

The donations helped him find temporary housing and plan for a more stable future.

Folks who have viewed their news interview online have been moved by the compassion of all involved.

“So sweet .. so happy that so many others came together in spirit from a Mitzvah .. this joyful sharing in community spirit of the Tzedakah,” wrote one person.

Another couldn’t help but note how those with the least often give the most. “Sometimes the person who has almost nothing are the ones who knows the right thing to do,” he said.
