One family’s kind gesture is rewarded.
Cassie Lynn Hilt of Racine, Wisconsin decided to extend a warm welcome to delivery drivers dropping packages off at her home. On her front stoop, she left an assortment of goodies all for the taking. What a kind way to show her appreciation for their hard work. Delivery drivers are at their busiest this time of year and it’s possible they don’t even have time to stop and pick up a bite to eat. Cassie probably figured that drivers would be thankful for the offering but one driver’s response had her smiling ear to ear. After she shared the delightful driver’s response, it went viral for all the right reasons.
The delivery man delivers.
The doorbell camera captures a man wearing a UPS vest approaching the door. He notices the assortment of snacks right away. He reads the note out loud, “Delivery drivers help yourselves.” – Inside Edition. This small act of kindness obviously spurs some emotion in the man as he starts to sing a very beautiful melody.
A very musical ‘thank you.’
The delivery driver surveys the goods and sings a tune as he reads the package names out loud. You can’t help but smile and chuckle when hear him singing a round of ‘thank you’s.’ The video captures him singing, “Thank you much, thank you much, thank you much as he picks out a snack.
He continues his original melody.
This happy delivery man continues to share his natural-born talent as he decides what to get. “Trail mix…Nature Valley…..”
“And a Powerade.”
The smooth, soulful sounds he was crooning have never made granola sound so good. Cassie saw the video when she returned home and couldn’t get over how ‘cool’ her delivery driver had been. She posted the video and it blew up. It seems that everyone is singing the same tune about this impromptu performance.
People online couldn’t believe his vocal chops.
After the video was shared online, there were so many people commenting on his natural singing ability and his upbeat demeanor. One person suggested he try out for American Idol while another thought he needed to sign a deal with Nature Valley or Powerade.

Cassie posted the video on her Facebook along with a caption that read, “Coolest delivery driver we’ve had so far! The short video of the delivery driver singing his praise for the snacks and drink has received over 490,000 views. People were immediately in his corner and suggested that he pursue a career in singing.
Thumbs up from a thankful driver.
As he left the porch, he gave the camera a thumbs up. But we should all be thanking him for making our day a lot brighter. “Thank you much…thank you much…thank you much.”
