We don’t know what other people are going through and we are clueless about what they’re thinking.

But Rishi Sharma, who is a businessman knew about what Brian “Sooty” Wallace was going through even though they did not know each other at all.

It’s because Rishi saw the man one time when he was on the way to work. He immediately found out that Brian was in need of help because of the sign that he was holding when he bumped into him.

It reads:

“Any spare change. God bless.”

Brian was one of the people who lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So, he tried to ask for small help from other people. Thankfully, this man has received more than what he was asking for.

It’s because of the businessman who took the time to talk to him.

Rishi unhesitatingly approached him to get to know him more and find out how he could help him. As he openly did that, he noticed many things about Brian. He knew that he is a good person.

“As soon as I spoke to him, the manners were very nice,” he shared.

He also noticed that he was shivering so he invited him to have coffee with him in a nearby cafe. Little did Sooty know that aside from the coffee, Rishi was about to change his life bigtime.

As Rishi runs lots of Domino’s stores, he came up with an idea to help Sooty in the best way he could. He also found out that the box that Sooty was holding was from one of his stores.

It turned out that the box would have something to do with Sooty’s new job.

The exact day when they met, Rishi offered to make a pizza for Sooty as he knew that he did not have anything to eat at that time. He wholeheartedly let him enjoy a ham and cheese pizza at his store in Lower Hutt.

As the generous man had some time to get to know more about Sooty, he found out that he lost his job amid the pandemic. Sadly, he also discovered that he was homeless.

Aside from giving him coffee and a warm pizza, Rishi gave Sooty something that would help him for a long time.

He offered him a job at his store and Sooty did not hesitate to accept it. When he started his shift as a wobble-boarder, Rishi was very hands-on in training him.

“On his first shift, I trained him on all of the wobble-boarding basics, including where to stand outside of the store and how to safely hold the board,” Rishi stated.

Rishi is also willing to teach him other tasks that have something to do with the store operations.

Sooty is very grateful for the opportunity that Rishi has given him. In fact, he really enjoys his new job.

“At the end of the day, I am just happy to be working and enjoying every minute of it.”

His new boss also revealed that he has been doing a great job and has the right attitude towards his job.

It’s safe to say that Rishi’s kindness made a big impact on his life. That’s why never ever doubt kindness as it can really go a long way.
