It’s almost every girl’s dream to walk down the aisle to meet and marry the love of her life.

But what if it’s an airplane aisle?

Once in a while, we hear stories of unique and out-of-this-world weddings. This time, a beautiful couple ties the knot inside an airplane.

A tight schedule

Pam and Jeremy Salda had originally set out to get married in Las Vegas.

Their schedules were actually tight so they both showed up at the airport wearing their wedding attires.

Their plan was to hop right off the plane, run straight to the chapel, and finally get married.

The weather had other things in mind.

However, their flight was postponed due to bad weather conditions.

“We’re approached by a wonderful human being that kind of sees our demeanor and he’s like ‘Are you guys trying to get to Vegas at a certain time?’ we’re like ‘yeah we need to be there by 9 o’clock.’ He’s like ‘I don’t think you’re gonna make it,” Jeremy narrated.

Apparently, the guy who approached them under the name Chris Clegora is an ordained minister.

This, of course, worried the couple.

All they wanted was to get married and spend their lives together.

Since making it to Vegas on time for their wedding appointment is already out of the question, the couple decided to get hitched up in the air, 37,000 feet high up to be exact!

It’s definitely not every day people get married mid-air inside a plane, right?

The couple boarded a Southwest flight where the unexpected yet magical ceremony took place.

Chris ministered to the beautiful union with one of the flight attendants serving as the maid of honor.

The crew even got creative and made some last-minute decorations for the event.

“Walking down the aisle, literally everybody’s smiling, everybody was feeling it,” Pam fondly shared.

All the passengers must have been thrilled to witness the union of Pam and Jeremy.

A lot of them got their mobile phones out to record the once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The video shows them exchanging vows.

“I can’t wait to be your co-pilot through life. I’ll be the check to your cross-check. And any turbulence I wanna weather it with you,” Pam lovingly vowed to her new husband.

It would have been so easy to just sulk and cry over their missed wedding appointment, but these two showed that with the right love and genuine people around them, anywhere is a perfect place to finally be one.

Love, extremely nice people, and some crazy twist of fate made their special day as perfect as it can be.
