We all love sports. The competitive nature of the athletes, the ability to push beyond one’s capabilities, and the thrill of the games are often enough to have a viewer hooked.
And for the longest time, sports have been affiliated with men. But these gorgeous women prove that you can be stunning and deadly on the court all at the same time.
Michelle Jenneke
Michelle Jenneke is an Australian 100m hurdler. She rose to international fame thanks to her pregame dance that went viral in 2012.
The year after had her appearing in the “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.”
But before her fame, Jenneke was already popular in her country for being a talented hurdler.
That’s because she started training at the age of 10.
She studied Mechatronics, a branch of engineering at Sydney University.
Jenneke has over 500,000 followers on Instagram, where she posts pictures of her events and extracurriculars.
Anna Kournikova
This former pro-tennis player was meant to be an athlete.
Anna’s mother ran 400-meter races, her brother plays professional golf, and her father is a former wrestling champ, who now teaches martial arts in Moscow.
Kournikova rose to international fame in the late ’90s as a teenager, and has gone on to grace the cover of plenty of magazines, including “Maxim” and “The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.”
Anna made “FHM’s” list of the 100 Sexiest Women in the World in 2002.
She has a drink named after her, which you should try. It’s a White Russian made with non-fat milk.
Jennie Finch
Finch is the single most well-known woman in softball. She is a 2-time All-Star who played for the Chicago Bandits, Arizona Wildcats, and Team USA.
In 2004, she helped Team USA win a gold medal. Four years later, they won silver.
Finch retired in 2010 but now works as a commentator with ESPN, where she helps covers college games and National Pro Fastpitch.
Her talent and hard work led to her induction into its National Hall of Fame.
“People” magazine called Finch one of the “50 Most Beautiful People in the World” in 2004.
Aly Raisman
Another big name in American gymnastics, Raisman was another member, and captain of the winning Fierce Five, both in 2012 and 2016.
In the London games of 2012, she took home 2 golds and 1 bronze to her name.
Aly is one of the most talented gymnastics stars in the country, with a side career as a model.
She was featured in the 2017 and 2018 editions of the “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue”.
Her floor routine dancing skills worked well on the 16th season of “Dancing with The Stars”, where she placed 4th with her partner, Mark Ballas.
Alex Morgan
Morgan was ranked as one of the highest-paid women’s soccer players by “Time Magazine” in 2015, but 2019 became her biggest and busiest years.
The California native made multiple magazine covers, including “Time” and “Sports Illustrated.”
Morgan made the “Time’s” list of the Top 100 Most Influential People, while leading Team USA to a victory over France in the Women’s World Cup.
She accomplished everything in a year looking stunning.
Paige VanZant
VanZant is known for being a UFC strawweight and flyweight fighter, ranking as number 13.
She almost appeared on the UFC’s show in 2013, but was released for being too young, being a few months shy of 21 at the time.
Paige has made appearances on television, including “Chopped” in 2017, and even competing on season 22 of “Dancing with the Stars,” placing second with pro dancing partner Mark Ballas.
VanZant released a book in 2018 called “Rise: Surviving the Fight of My Life.”
Allison Stokke
Pole vaulting fans know of Allison Stokke, as she is arguably the most famous woman in that sport.
Those who don’t really know Stokke will recognize the photo of her waiting to jump during an event. That’s what launched Stokke to fame.
She was short of 18 by several months at the time, but the photo had male fans making “internet crush” sites based on the image.
Allison’s fame led to her being featured on “The New York Times,” “L.A Times” and “Washington Post.”
It’s creepy how it happened, but years later, Stokke has all kinds of brand endorsement deals, even with major brands like Nike.
Alana Blanchard
Blanchard risks her life whenever she goes out in the water. Surfers do get injured or even attacked by sharks, which happened to one of her friends right in front of her.
But that didn’t stop her. Alana just got right back on the board.
She is an incredible surfer and a swimwear model who appears in ads for Curl Swimwear. Blanchard also signed an endorsement deal with Reebok.
Her Instagram has over 1.8 million followers, and Alana stays pretty active there.
Jennifer Lacy
Jennifer Lacy (left) got into athletics since her father, Lee, was a Major League Baseball player.
She played basketball in college at Pepperdine University, then joined the WNBA. In the off-season between 2008 and 2009, Lacy went to China, playing for Beijing Shougang.
In 2013, Lacy was attacked by her ex-girlfriend, former WNBA player Chamique Holdsclaw.
Holdsclaw poured gasoline on Lacy’s car and shot into it while Lacy was inside.
She wasn’t injured, and Holdsclaw was arrested for the crime.
Camila Giorgi
Giorgi is an Italian pro tennis player who won her first International Tennis Federation tournament in 2009.
She made her Women’s Tennis Association debut years later in 2011. That same year, Camila reached the finals in Raleigh, finishing with a total of 36 wins.
Giorgi won her first WTA title in 2015 with the highest ranking of her career, #26, 3 years later.
She frequently posts photos on Instagram for her 237,000 followers, and on Facebook where she has 280,000 followers.
Marta Menegatti
Menegatti is an Italian pro-beach volleyball player who has been playing before even turning 10 years old.
She has 2 golds, 7 silvers, and 7 bronze medals on the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour. In September of 2015, Marta and the Italian women’s national team won their first World Tour title.
Menegatti dated another pro volleyball player named Alex Rangheri.
She is active on her Instagram, where she has around 50,000 followers.
Gabby Douglas
Winning medals at the age of 8 thanks to her older sister, Douglas learned how to do her first cartwheel as a toddler.
She began training full-time at 14, and in 2010, won gold medals in major competitions.
2012 was the year for Douglas and the Fierce Five, who won the team gold from the Summer Olympics in London.
Gabby also won one of her own, as the All-Around Gold Medalist, making her the first African American in the history of the games to do so.
Danica Patrick
The United States adores Danica Patrick, even if most have never watched a single race in their life.
Not only is Patrick a great athlete, but she’s also gorgeous, resulting in a ton of publicity over the years.
She’s been on the covers of magazines, including “Sports Illustrated”.
Danica also became the first woman ever to lead a lap during her first Indy 500.
She is seen as the most successful woman in the history of open-wheel racing.
Serena Williams
Everyone knows Serena Williams. The sister of Venus, the two are the most well-known names in professional women’s tennis, and perhaps professional sports.
She’s won more than 20 major titles, and Serena has also launched her own fashion line.
In early 2019, she launched a venture-capital investment firm for women, Serena Ventures, which has invested in over 30 companies.
Some companies Serena’s invested in include Billie, MasterClass, and LOLA.
Lindsey Vonn
In 2019, Vonn was announced that she would be inducted into The Colorado Sports Hall of Fame.
She is just one of two female skiers in the history of the sport to win 4 World Cup Overall Championships, including a gold medal for the downhill race at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
Vonn has appeared in several magazines thanks to her stunning looks, including the “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue” thrice.
Robin Bone
Bone is a Canadian pole-vaulting star, and a 3-time national champion.
She’s also a model with The Slu Agency, with offices in Miami and Los Angeles. Her Instagram has around 30,000 followers, with photos of her daily workout routines and competitions.
But before her pole vault fame, Bone was training in gymnastics.
She gave it up after suffering multiple concussions. The injuries forced her to wear a signature helmet during sporting events.

Becky Lynch, known as Rebecca Quin, is a big name in WWE, which is the current federation she calls home.
The sultry wrestler got her wrestling start in 2002 and then signed with the WWE in 2012.
Lynch has several wins under her belt, including defending her Smackdown Women’s Championship title.
She’s also appeared on screen, performing stunts for an episode of “Vikings,” and another where she took on a role in “Marine 6: Close Quarters.”
Maria Sharapova
Sharapova is a 5-time Grand Slam Champion who has been playing professional tennis before turning 15.
The Russian pro player has won at least one title per year over the course of her career.
Sharapova has modeling/endorsement deals with major brands, including an 8-year, $70 million contract with Nike.
She’s also appeared in multiple magazines, such as “The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.”
Sharapova has earned almost $300 million over the years.
“Forbes” has her as one of the highest-paid female sports stars in the world.
In 2018, Sharapova launched her own mentorship program for female entrepreneurs.
Hope Solo
Hope is the face of women’s soccer in the United States. Even those who have never watched a women’s soccer game will recognize her.
She is one of the top goalies in the world, and has competed across the globe in major competitions like the Olympics, where she made it 3 times, and earned 2 gold medals.
Hope played in the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2007, 2008, and 2011, becoming the second goalie in history to reach 100 caps.
She’s also appeared in magazines and TV shows, including “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” “Dancing with the Stars,” and “Piers Morgan Tonight.”
Antonija Sandric
Sandric is a Croatian pro-basketball player who began her professional career in 2005. By 2009, she played for the national team at the Mediterranean Games, where she was named “Miss Mediterranean.”
In 2012, Sandric competed in the Olympics where she was called the “most beautiful woman” at the games by “The Bleacher Report.”

Denmark native pro tennis player Caroline Wozniacki smashed her way to become the number 1 singles player in the world.
Winning 30 Women’s Tennis Association singles titles, she was the runner-up to Serena Williams in the 2014 US Open.
She and Williams are friends in real life but have had a long-standing friendly rivalry on the court.
Wozniacki prefers dating athletic men She was with Irish pro golfer Rory Mcllroy for 2 years, before moving on to date NBA champ David Lee.
Gina Carano
Gina Carano is popular in the world of MMA, with notable rivalries against fighters Ronda Rousey and The Cyborg.
Her numerous acting roles over the years got her more fans, even those who don’t watch MMA know her.
She was first an extra in the 2003 Quentin Tarantino hit movie, “Kill Bill.”
Carano went on to star in movies like “Fast & Furious 6,” where she has two fight scenes with Michelle Rodriguez.
McKayla Maroney
McKayla Maroney is a retired American Olympic gymnast who was a member of the winning “Fierce Five” team from the 2012 London Olympics.
She’s also famous for the viral meme that featured her receiving her silver medal with a pouty expression.
The meme was dubbed, “McKayla is not impressed,” and is still used under relevant circumstances.
Maroney tried acting in 2012, even appearing on the CW’s primetime show, “Hart of Dixie,” in a 6-episode recurring role.
Chloe Sutton
Sutton is an American pro swimmer, a 3-time gold medalist and former member of the U.S. Olympic team, with around 15,000 followers on Twitter.
She’s been posting pictures of her marriage to her new husband, Jake lately.
Her website, chloesutton.com, is where she blogs about swimming tips and techniques, including current events and experiences.
Sutton also helps people in her community, even starting a swim camp she operates for children.
Eugenie Bouchard
Bouchard is a Canadian pro tennis player, labeled as one of the best-looking women in the sport.
She also became the 2012 Junior Wimbledon Champion.
2012 was a great year where she won plenty of doubles and singles matches, including winning her first $50,000 prize at the ITF Challenger.
In 2015, Bouchard was forced to withdraw from the U.S. Opens after slipping and hitting her head, resulting in a concussion.
She later sued the Tennis Association for her injury.
Viona Harrer
Harrer has led a pretty amazing life. She blazed many trails for girls in Germany, playing at an international level for the German Ladies’ Ice Hockey National Team at the age of 16.
The goalie was the only female on the Bad Tölz team for a few years.
At the 2009 Women’s Four Nations Tournament in Slovakia, Harrer earned the title of Top Goaltender at the 2009 Women’s Four Nations Tournament.
Harrer hasn’t played in a while, but she’s earned her place on this list with her good looks.
Jonelle Filigno
Filigno was a Canadian pro soccer player who made the winning goal against Great Britain in the 2012 Summer Olympics.
Canada defeated France that year, so she walked away with the bronze medal with her team.
She signed a brand partnership deal with Adidas, promoting them on her social media accounts, where she has around 50,000 followers.
Filigno is now a mother and parent along with her husband, Hunter Hopkins.
Michelle Waterson
The “Karate Hottie” destroys her opponents while looking good. That resulted to one million followers on Instagram, where she posts pictures in bikinis, along with her family and daily life.
Waterson is married to former Armed Forces boxer Joshua Gomez. The couple have a daughter.
She was the world’s #1 women’s atomweight fighter during the 2013-2014 season.

Kayla McBride
McBride always loved basketball, but she only got serious about it during high school, being named the District 10 Player of the Year in 2009 and 2010.

But it wasn’t just her basketball skills people noticed. She had a great smile, as well.
In 2018, Kayla signed with the Las Vegas Aces and so moved to Nevada as a result.
