Day to day life can be a real slog. some days are hard to get through, even when there isn’t anything particularly wrong with it. Sometimes we need a little something to brighten up our lives, and these little nuggets of joy can surprise us. Sometimes we just need to be in the right place to receive a bite of joy that will make all the difference. That place might be a supermarket and that purveyor of happiness may be a one-year-old baby girl named Joey who just wants to put smiles on faces.
This special clip of a very special kid is enough to make you smile no matter where you are!
Joey’s first “victim” is this friendly older fella on a mobility scooter who is all too ready to receive a boost of joy in his day. When Joey waves at him he wastes no time in giving a big friendly wave and a smile back to reciprocate.
Doesn’t that just warm your heart?!
Next up on Joey’s list of people to spread happiness to is this man on a crutch. I’m sure he’d be skipping away afterward if he could! It’s amazing how all Joey has to do to spread a smile across people’s faces is stroll through and give them a big ol’ wave. Everybody is more than ready to receive a happiness injection, they just needed someone to give it to them.
Maybe the supermarket should employ Joey regularly, I’m sure customer satisfaction would skyrocket!
This lady is up next! Watch out, somebody’s got a lot of love to give, and she does not discriminate to whom she gives it! Once again as to be expected she is more than happy to pay Joey attention and say hello right back. I’ve never seen anyone make friends the way this adorable kid can do it in seconds.
If they made awards for friendliness, this little one would sweep up every last one of them.
But at last, Joey spots her ultimate target…
This lucky lady is to be Joey’s best connection of her whole outing. Joey gives her the usual wave and smile, but then she goes a step further, she is not satisfied with a simple wave from this particular shopper. She’s going to need a hug as well!
Who’s to say what this lady had to offer that the other’s didn’t, but maybe she just sensed that she would meet a fellow friendly soul. Joey get’s welcomed into a hug that would melt the heart of even the most arctic of temperaments. If anything could possibly be more adorable, I’d like to know about it because I literally cannot imagine it being possible.
This is definitely a 12 out of 10 on the adorability scale!
And Joey just seems so pleased with herself for finding such a companion in the art of joy-spreading. Is it possible to award a Nobel Peace Prize for making this many people’s days better?
