69-year-old reverses clock with a transformative makeover

If you love an uplifting makeover story, you’ve probably already heard of The Makeover Guy.

His real name is Christoper Hopkins, and he’s well known for his incredible transformations, bringing joy and confidence to the lives of those who need a new start.

Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Christopher and his team get to work with makeup, scissors, and a little elbow grease to help change the lives of their clients forever.

One of The Makeover Guy’s most dazzling makeovers was given to 69-year-old Linda.

Linda, who had experienced hard times and felt that she had lost pieces of herself as she’d aged, had traveled all the way from Panama to Minneapolis, Minnesota, for Christopher’s help.

She knew that she was in for a real treat with Christoper – he’s not one for simply chopping off your split ends and calling it a day after all.

Linda was clearly very excited to have made it to Christoper’s studios, and we’re not surprised!

Judging by the description on Christopher’s website, the studios are a dreamy place to be:

“Relax as you [sic] taken back to a 19th century parlor. Beautifully furnished with one-of-a-kind antique pieces and housed with salvaged woodwork and fixtures from Minneapolis and Christopher’s home town in rural Minnesota. Then, step back stage to our mid-century inspired theatrical studio. Surrounded with retro inspired, salvaged fixtures and furnishings, you will gently [sic] renewed to a more beautiful you made ready to make your entrance into the world of today.”

Sounds like heaven to us!

Linda didn’t have specifics when it came to what she was looking for. She admitted that she just wanted to “feel refreshed and have a great time”.

Anyone who knows The Makeover Guy would have taken one look at Linda and predicted that Christopher would dye her hair.

Her original hair color is in need of a vibrant uplift, and Christopher can certainly help with that!

Sitting in Christopher’s chair is the makeover equivalent of visiting a restaurant with a 5 Michelin-Star rating.

You know you’ll be in the best hands possible, considering Christopher has penned a best-selling book and worked with a fair few famous faces.

So when Christopher got to work on Linda, though she didn’t have a clue what he had in mind for her, she knew it was going to be good.

And when Linda’s finished look is finally revealed… she looks like a movie star!

She’s had her hair dyed blonde – a color she hasn’t embraced since her early twenties, nearly half a decade ago.

Christoper has emphasized Linda’s curls, too, which were looking a little lifeless pre-makeover. As for her face, a stunning makeup application has left her virtually unrecognizable.
